What did we develop for them?
Delivered Discovery and commercial definition for Allied Group’s Allied Customs Hub (ACH) Audit programme: a DRFA/Blueprint capturing current-state processes and stakeholder inputs,plus a comprehensive external interfaces and regulatory dependency map (e.g., HMRC/CDS/NCTS, TSS, DEFRA/DAERA, TRACES, Transit-net, ICS2) to define what must be integrated and how. This was supported by a phased module roadmap and a quantified ROI + CAPEX/OPEX commercial pack to take the platform into build readiness.
