Butlers Chocolates was founded in Dublin’s Lad Lane in 1932 by Marion Butler, who originally sold her handmade luxury chocolates as Chez Nous Chocolates. The business was acquired in 1959 by Seamus Sorensen, with the next generation taking over in 1978. In 1989, Butlers opened its first shop on Grafton Street, launching what became the Butlers Chocolate Café concept. Today, Butlers operates 28 cafés across Ireland and sells in over 30 countries and more than 50 major international airports worldwide.
What did we develop for them?
We built and now support Butlers Chocolates’ bespoke mobile loyalty and ordering platform—powering digital loyalty, pre-orders, customer engagement, and data-driven growth across their café network. If you have interacted with the Coffee Pre-Booking App that is us.
